Ving Smart Checklists integrates with ADP Workforce Now® to automatically create Ving accounts for all employees with valid contact information. Employees can then be assigned inspection forms and standard operating procedure compliance sheets in Ving. All updates to employee records in ADP Workforce Now are automatically reflected in Ving, eliminating duplicate data entry and manual maintenance. This solution is available for ADP Workforce Now clients who do not already subscribe to Ving. If you already use Ving’s enterprise learning management system, you already have access to the Smart Checklists feature.

It's easy to create customized checklists and document standard operating procedures. Use our templates or build your own, covering everything from safety protocols to equipment care. Smart Checklists can include a variety of assessment assets, from images and assessments to flowing text responses. Flag questions and or entire checklists issue identification and trigger notifications.

Ensuring your employees have access to inspection sheets and SOPs is critical. Ving offers multiple access methods, enabling you to pick the best method for your organization. You can deliver inspection checklists and SOP guidelines via text, email, and on-demand by scanning a QR code. You can even post them to other systems like work orders, employee handbooks, etc.
Inspection Tracking and Resolution
Ving is your one-stop shop for inspection documentation, including employee history, inspection details, and resolution information. Ving's powerful user-defined filters and labels make it easy to stay organized and quickly find the information you need. Ving's ability to generate PDFs of inspection reports, which can be easily shared with OSHA, insurance carriers, customers, and other stakeholders.
Easy Set-Up Filters and Reports
Ving also uses ADP Workforce Now® demographic information to set up labels. Ving uses labels as a way to organize your employees.
Information such as Worker Type Code, Assignment, Term Code, Work Level Code, Job Title, Location, and more create labels. Labels quickly enable users to filter from all employees to subgroups of interest.
Automated Employee Information Sync
The Ving connector will automatically set up each employee with valid contact information in the Ving platform. Each employee can then be assigned Smart Checklists. All applicable updates to an employee record in ADP Workforce Now® will automatically be made in the Ving platform, eliminating dual entry and unnecessary maintenance tasks.
Single Sign On (SS0)
ADP Workforce Now® users can access their assigned Smart Checklists using the Ving ADP single sign-on (SS0) feature.
